Meet the RTM Directors

Avril Hitman
I am an experienced arts professional and consultant with a long-standing commitment to inclusion and community engagement. I founded and led Magpie Dance from 1985 to 2017 as its Artistic and Executive Director, developing it into a leading inclusive contemporary dance company for people with learning disabilities. During that time, I created innovative participation, performance and training programmes, delivering over 400 sessions annually across London and the UK, and leading workshops internationally, including in Bangladesh and Sweden.
For the past decade, I have worked as a freelance consultant, advising organisations in the cultural sector and mentoring new business founders. My work has been recognised with a British Empire Medal (BEM), a National Diversity Awards Lifetime Achievement Award, and Fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
I have been a leaseholder since 2017 and was drawn to the development for its green spaces, historic character and sense of community. I am motivated to contribute positively by helping maintain high standards, ensuring value for money, and representing residents’ interests.

Ozair Rasheed
I am a Consulting Director with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale technology and transformation programmes, with particular expertise in governance, risk management, and delivering measurable outcomes.
I first moved to Princess Park Manor in 2010, purchasing properties in 2012 and 2015, and have lived at my current residence since 2015. I was drawn to the development for its unique character, historical significance, and excellent transport links to Central London and beyond. Over the years, I have built strong relationships within the community and feel fortunate to live among such supportive neighbours.
I live here with my wife and daughter. While this is my first formal involvement in property management, I have previously built houses and have a practical understanding of construction and development. Having lived across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, I bring a broad international perspective.
I am standing as an RTM Director to help improve responsiveness, transparency, and overall management standards for all residents and leaseholders.

Graham Hitman
I am a Professor of Molecular Medicine and Diabetes at Queen Mary University of London, a position I have held since 1995, and an Honorary Consultant in Diabetes at Barts Health NHS Trust since 1986. As a medical doctor and scientist, I specialise in diabetes, with a focus on how genetic factors influence diabetes and heart disease, and how these conditions can be prevented. My research has contributed to important advances in the use of cholesterol-lowering treatments and the role of genetic information in diagnosis and patient care. Alongside my clinical and academic work, I have extensive leadership experience, including a number of Director-level roles.
I have been a leaseholder at Princess Park Manor since 2017 and value its unique setting as a historic building within attractive parkland.
I have been happily married for 50 years, with two children and six grandchildren, and have travelled extensively for research. My interests include keeping fit, reading, and I was previously a keen windsurfer and marathon runner.
I am motivated to support the RTM to help maintain the building to a high standard, with transparency and strong leaseholder involvement.

Sam Weatherlake
I am a recent arrival at Princess Park Manor, having moved in at the end of October 2025. I was immediately struck by the scale and character of the building and quickly decided it was where I wanted to live. Even now, I still find its setting and presence quite remarkable.
Previously, I lived in south London, where I chaired the management committee of my block for ten years. During that time, I gained valuable experience overseeing managing agents and representing residents’ interests. I also served as a borough councillor for four years, including three years as Chair of the Audit & Governance Committee, where I developed strong skills in governance, accountability, and decision-making.
Professionally, I have worked as a commodities analyst for nearly 20 years and now primarily work from home.
I agreed to join the RTM group in the hope that my experience of supervising a management company on behalf of residents would be useful, and I am keen to contribute in the same spirit as a director of the RTM company.

Angela Donkin
I am Dr Angela Donkin, a social research consultant working with University College London, with over 30 years’ experience focused on reducing socio-economic inequalities in health outcomes. I work internationally and with local authorities across England to improve outcomes for people living in more deprived communities. A key priority in my work is ensuring all voices are heard, and I am committed to bringing that inclusive approach to our community.
Earlier in my career, my research contributed to the introduction of the minimum wage and has more recently informed post-Covid recovery programmes for children. I have managed large teams and budgets and bring strong leadership and decision-making experience. On a lighter note, I was also involved in the development of the pickled onion flavour of Monster Munch.
I have lived at Princess Park Manor for two years and value its architectural beauty and sense of community. I am motivated to join the RTM to help ensure the building is properly maintained, residents are treated fairly, and concerns are addressed with professionalism and respect.

Andrew Sen
A highly experienced finance professional, I have over 30 years’ experience in accountancy and currently serve as Head of Finance. My career has provided me with strong expertise in financial planning, governance, and delivering value through disciplined budgeting and oversight.
Prior to moving to PPM in March 2016, I spent over a decade as a Director of the Residents’ Association at my previous North London development. During that time, I successfully led and project managed the leasehold enfranchisement process, securing the freehold for participating leaseholders—an achievement I am particularly proud of.
I moved to PPM to start my family and have greatly enjoyed living here, particularly the sense of community, the security, and the beautiful surroundings. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and walking in local parks.
I am motivated to join the RTM Company because I believe PPM is a fantastic place to live. I hope to contribute my financial expertise to ensure transparency, careful planning of major works, and strong value for money for all residents.
